Welcome to the
Net Zero Festival 2020

Wednesday 30 September | The Brewery, London

Net Zero Festival 2020 is the world's first business festival dedicated to exploring, advancing, and celebrating the global transition to a net zero emission economy. Hosted in London – the capital of the first major economy to adopt a net zero target – the Net Zero Festival will take place ahead of the crucial COP26 UN Climate Summit in Glasgow in autumn 2020 and will provide a platform for businesses to demonstrate how they are working to seize the huge opportunities and overcome the complex challenges presented by the rapid shift towards a net zero economy.

Faster, Together

The aim is simple: to provide business leaders with both the inspiration and the practical, actionable, advice required to develop and advance their own net zero strategies.

The rationale is equally simple: the climate crisis is real; the scale of the challenge is unprecedented; the net zero transition is happening and accelerating.

The goal is obvious: to demonstrate that a rapid transition towards a net zero economy by 2050 at the latest is not just possible, but is hugely desirable, is something worth celebrating.

Join us at BusinessGreen's inaugural Net Zero Festival 2020 – for leaders who won't wait until 2050 to build a better business, and a better world.

Carbon Forward 2020

In 2020 BusinessGreen and Carbon Forward forged a partnership that established the Carbon Forward 2020 conference as the carbon market partner for the Net Zero Festival, unveiling plans to bring together hundreds of businesses from right across the economy to jointly explore how to accelerate both the next phase of the net zero transition and the crucial role of carbon markets in driving decarbonisation. More details on the partnership will be announced in due course.
