Chris Mulligan

Chris is Corporate Development and Strategy Director at Norcros plc. Prior to this, he has held strategy and growth leadership positions at Atkins and SLR Consulting.  He began his career as a management consultant at PA Consulting Group.  At Norcros, he is responsible for ESG alongside his responsibilities for corporate strategy and M&A.  His main ESG focus at Nocros has been leading the change in the business from sustainability ‘commitment’ to ‘action’.  This has involved: developing ESG strategy and networks across the business; introducing ESG policies, KPIs and reporting; developing a Net Zero transition plan; and increasing focus on the development of design-led sustainable products.  In his previous roles at SLR and Atkins, he has been involved in building ESG advisory and analytics businesses that have served infrastructure, financial services, mining and energy sectors globally.
