Councillor Rowena Champion

Cllr Rowena Champion became Islington Council’s Executive Member for Environment, Air Quality, and Transport in December 2019, and was elected as a councillor in Barnsbury ward in 2016. The council declared a climate emergency in 2019, and since then has been working with local people, businesses, and partners to make the borough a greener place.
