An experienced environmental manager with a holistic understanding of implementing sustainability on construction projects. With experience at the project, regional and group levels, Will prioritises a multi-disciplinary approach to sustainable development, focused on empowering individuals to deliver sustainability through their own roles and embedding accountability across all operations. Will is currently the sustainability manager for the 1 Broadgate project, delivering on a varied array of aspirational sustainability targets.

Will leads the Nature taskforce at SRM helping to shape a strategic approach to nature in construction, driven by his keen interest and understanding in the interface between the built and natural environment, with particular interest in Strategic planning for nature, green infrastructure and Biodiversity Net Gain for developments. This accompanies a personal interest in Rewilding and Land management for ecological benefit.
