Net Zero Festival Powered by BusinessGreen

Welcome to the Net Zero Festival 2024

22-23 October | Business Design Centre, London

Now in its fifth year, this October’s Net Zero Festival will provide an invaluable opportunity to celebrate and showcase the best of the UK’s vibrant net zero economy in what is set to be a pivotal year for the country’s decarbonisation efforts.

Building on the success of last year’s Festival, which saw over 1,500 delegates from across the green economy in attendance each day, this year’s event will once again bring together business leaders, clean tech providers, sustainable investors, green campaigners, and environmental policymakers to jointly explore how to turbocharge the net zero transition.

Our 2024 Zones

Action Stage    BusinessGreen Intelligence Stage    Engage Stage   Inspire Stage   Showcase Stage

This year’s event will feature keynotes, presentations, panel discussions, and workshops across our four stages: Inspiration, Action, Engage, and Showcase. Plus, a new BusinessGreen Intelligence stage will provide a series of deep-dive sessions, offering exclusive insights into how to develop a best-in-class net zero strategy.

Drawing on BusinessGreen’s more than 15 years of experience covering the green economy, the Festival will also marry an in-person conference with digital content that provides delegates with an inspiring and engaging insight into the many ways in which the net zero transition is transforming the global economy.

The 2024 Festival promises to bigger and better once again, as we look to celebrate the best of the net zero transition and explore how we can move faster, together

As well as a glut of high profile speakers - including Alastair Campbell and Joanna Lumley - and a host of business leaders and corporate sustainability figures, the event fully embraced the festival spirit, with music, comedy, poetry, art, exciting clean tech innovations, and even mindfulness advice and calming massages on offer.

Inside the Net Zero Festival 2023 with Sky News

This year's Net Zero Festival came hot on the heels of a spate of green policy changes from the UK government, with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak attempting to reframe the transition as a potentially costly endeavour for consumers.

But despite that change in tack from Number 10, business support for the transition and the opportunities it offers remained undimmed among attendees at the Net Zero Festival 2023, as Mickey Carroll from Sky News reported from the event.
