Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, the cloakroom is located adjacent to the registration area where you can pick up your badge.
What time does registration start?
Registration opens at 8am
It is important to plan for ample time upon arrival to accommodate the bag inspection procedure and badge collection.
What do I need to show on arrival?
On the 30th October you will receive an email from our registration provider containing a QR code. You must present this QR code upon arrival to have your badge printed.
Is there food and refreshments available on site?
Absolutely, Refreshments and snacks will be available to purchase throughout the day, along with lunch options, including both cold & hot stations. Please consult the map for the precise locations of the food stands.
Can I refill my water bottle?
Yes! You’ll find a water refill station located near the entrance to the restrooms.
Please do bring a refillable water bottle with you!
Will there be a bag search?
A bag inspection will be conducted at the venue’s entrance, so please be ready for this procedure.
